People often say to me “How will staging my home make a difference to buyers?”. The answer is simple – if you went into a house and it was in neutral colours and decluttered and cleaned, you would be able to see the space that was inside each room and easily envisage how you would stamp each room with your own unique personality. Then if you could do this you could see yourself living in that house, and that would make you want to purchase it against several others you may have already been to see for the same price on the market.
So in essence you are staging your home to see it through the buyers eyes.
